Janis comes from an agricultural background, and has extensive training experience within the training and personal development department of a major high street bank.
She also founded and ran a successful Training Company based in the Retail Sector which is still going strong under new management.
Her managerial responsibilities included identifying the training and development needs for all levels of staff. Janis had responsibility for the co-ordination, and management of the trainers within the business. She also worked with customers designing and delivering courses and development programmes.
Her career has gained her extensive knowledge of customer service, change management, group leading, facilitating and ‘train the trainer’.
She now works designing and delivering courses for a wide ranging customer base including Atlast! and LANTRA.
Her vibrant personality and enthusiastic and energetic style is infectious to her audiences and ensures that effective learning is transferred back to the workplace.
Recently satisfied customers include LANTRA, TESCO, CLAAS and DEFRA.
Vince Holley

Prior to forming AtLast! West Mids, Vince spent several years at Lantra Sector Skills Council where his responsibilities included the delivery of a selection of ‘open’ courses as well as an increasing number of company specific programmes. His individual approach to training ensures that all candidates gain maximum benefit, positively impacting on their own business.
He has also worked as an associate with one of the world’s leading training organisations, specialising in the presentation of personal development programmes. During this time, Vince won the ‘Instructor of the Year’ an award based on client satisfaction and graduation targets.
Vince has held Senior Management positions including that of Sales and Service Director with a national plc, he was also ‘Investors in People’ Project Manager with Johnson Group.
He has delivered training in Malawi, Africa and also across the USA, is member of the Institute for Learning and holds a teaching certificate.
An impressive client list includes Aston Martin, Scottish & Southern Energy, Lantra Awards, National Trust, National Trust Scotland, XL Vets UK, Cranberry Foods, Kubota and many FE Colleges across the UK.
